I ordered 5cm and 8cm GRA 40X40 Tiles. For carport. Delivery 1 day late. Me and workers stayed jobless. Finally came...but... Tiles delivered in KOKS instead of GRA! PANIC! Job had to be done, but we didn t have the good materials. Terrible communication. Answering to the phone sometimes...retaining informations. those days have been terrible for my nerves. Then, they wanted to share the extra cost for replacement sharing the cost for the Truck for picking wrong KOKS tiles and bringing new ones. passing from 5cm tiles to 8cm since they didn t have them in the GRA right color... I finished to pay 2500dkk extra for the 8cm tiles, but simply refused to pay for the Truck since it was not my Mistake. It has been a long and stressful process. Happy to get out of it.
